beets w/ jalapeño and honey chevre goat cheese

For when you’re feeling a little sweet and a little spicey~

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the beets in a medium pot of salted, boiling water until it is tender. You can check it with a cake tester (should easily pierce through) or boil it for roughly 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the beet.
  2. Dice the beets into cubes and serve with the goat cheese!
